Your long-term health and wellbeing is closely linked to your daily lifestyle habits. Permanently changing one small thing that regularly recurs in your life can have massive long-term effect. Some of these new healthy habits you would not mind doing, it is just that you are out of the habit of doing them or haven’t even considered the positive impact that this new habit could have on your long-term health. It could be something like walk for 15 min after work, stop drinking soft drinks during the week or meditate for 10 min in the morning.
Come up with some healthy habits that you feel you could commit to adding to your weekly or daily routine for the next 30 days. If you like how you feel and perform after 30 days keep the habit. If you do not think it is worth “the sacrifice” for you then just pick another new healthy habit that you think could help you to improve your long-term health to replace it. Good luck
